Assignment: Measure something by adding a sensor to a microcontroller board and read it.

For this week's assignment, I chose to create the 'Step Response' board (transmit-receive).

Once I went through the standard steps to create my board, I downloaded the Python visualization Programs (C File and Make File) to be able to see my board measure something. I also flashed my microcontroller using my FabISB in order to make the program needed for my usbtiny.
